Climate Resilient Food Gardens

Plan, design and maintain productive and resilient food gardens in a warming climate

Join Karen Sutherland from Edible Eden Design in this on-line workshop about how to design your food garden to be hardier and more resilient to the conditions and events associated with a warming climate, such as drought, more days over 35 degrees and less frequent more intense rain events.

Learn about key design elements, plant varieties and techniques for creating a flourishing urban food garden for now and into the future

No experience is necessary and this free My Smart Garden workshop is proudly presented by the City of Moreland.

Please note that this is an event for City of Moreland / Melbourne gardeners only. Gardening is very context specific and we will not be taking questions relating to other areas. If you live outside Melbourne, please contact your council to find out what free sustainable gardening events are available locally.

If the event is booked out please join the waiting list to be notified if places become available or of future program rounds. If you have any questions please contact [email protected]
