Black strawberry grape plant (Vitis labrusca 'Concord'), Fraga grape

This iconic grape, Concord, is related to the famous Strawberry Grape but has larger black fruits which can be used for wine as well as eaten as a table grape. Fruits are round, juicy and flavoursome with seeds. Plants are naturally mildew resistant and thrive with little care once established. The Concord vine is more vigorous than the Strawberry Grape vine. Like the Strawberry Grape, fruiting is more prolific in sunny situations, but this plant can and does fruit well in partial shade. Plants can also be grown to provide shade. A true home fruit growers variety and a must for all food forests!

The plants are in 140-150mm 6' pots.
