Product Details

Evergreen ground cover spreading to 1.5 m wide and reaching 50 cm high by scrambling over other plants. Tolerant of many soil types, drought and frost tolerant. No special care needed except pruning to keep off other plants.

The tiny berries are ripe when red and are a salty-sweet garden snack for people and are eaten by small birds. Leaf tips are edible but strong-tasting. Plants provide habitat for insects, lizards and frogs.
