Edible flowers, add to salads or garnish cakes and baked items. Plant at the front of a border so the airy blue flowers are not lost amongst tall shrubs.
Tufty plant with light delicate foliage to 30 high with blue/mauve flowers from spring to early summer.
Does not really like growing in a pot.
Cut back if plant is untidy or to rejuvenate.
Grows in full sun to part shade.
This plant can sulk in hot or dry conditions but will re-sprout when better conditions occur
Note: March 2022 these plants are just re-sprouting after their hot weather dormancy period.
There are a limited number of these plants for sale in 50mm square plastic tubes.
Plant orders are shipped via express post early in the week so the plant arrives in the best possible condition and is not left over the weekend in a transport depot.
