When to pick avocados

This is the time to pick your Bacon variety avocados! Pick your last avocado fruit before the tree starts to flower.  Last chance for best quality fruit, if the fruit stays on the tree longer the quality will be affected by the flowering and the flowering will have energy taken from them, so potentially bad fruit set.
